Get ready for the #berntoclimb Climbing gyms challenge

In less than six months, the international climbing elite will gather in Bern to crown their new world champions at the IFSC Climbing and Paraclimbing World Championships Bern 2023. For all climbing fans who are eagerly waiting for the World Championships to begin, the organisers have come up with a special treat – a contest that will run in more than 50 climbing halls across Switzerland from 1 March to 30 April and will sweeten the waiting time: the #berntoclimb Climbing Challenge.

The challenge, which is intended to draw attention to the top event in August and spread the World Championship fever in Swiss climbing gyms, is quite simple.

1. Check which climbing gyms are participating.
2. Grab your bouldering/climbing gear and head to the gym(s) of your choice.
3. Climb the route/boulder with the unique World Championships climbing volumes.
4. Share your favourite move with us by using the hashtag #berntoclimb.
5. Check off every topped climb.
6. Win exciting prizes!

Born to climb?
